Inventory Controller / Distribution Supervisor

Inventory Controller Job Summary

We are seeking for a diligent, well-organized, and responsible inventory controller to join our esteemed company with our manufacturing, retail, and wholesale operations. In this position, you will manage inventory using a computerized database system and MS Excel. Your primary objective is to maintain adequate levels of stock in all branches to meet daily distribution requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities

·        Oversee and maintain inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines

·        Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed in all branches.

·        Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct quantity of items are in stock

·        Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including stock transfers and regular stock taking / physical inventory count.

·        Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies.

·        Investigate and resolve any quantity discrepancies between stock and records.

·        Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities

·        Prepare, generate, and file inventory reports.
