Bedayti Micro-Finance is looking for Internal Auditor who:Understand the policies and procedures which belong to the area under review.branches visits through all Egypt.Assure that the policies and procedures are adequate, effective and in compliance with laws and regulations.Determine the weakness points of the area under review.Develop work programs and working papers.Execute the audit program according to the professional standards of internal audit.Collect data (observing and questioning, etc.), analyze the collected data, and identify internal control weaknesses.Assure that the policies and procedure were applied.Develop an engagement file to document the working papers, evidences and findings.Draft the findings and recommendations to improve the operation and add value to the organization.Conduct effective follow-up of audit findings to ensure adequacy and timeliness of correction
Job Requirements :
Job RequirementsUniversity degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in internal audit at a Micro-Finance company.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).Excellent documentation skills, analytical skills and detail-oriented.Willing to travel extensively.
