Job Description:**Option 1 (Emphasis on Responsibility):**

The incumbent is responsible for conceiving and presenting innovative interior design concepts, including mood boards and space planning layouts, specifically for hospitality projects. This encompasses the design of guest rooms, public areas, food and beverage outlets, and recreational amenities to optimize both functional efficacy and aesthetic value. The role entails the selection of appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting solutions, and decorative elements in accordance with established hospitality standards. Furthermore, the incumbent will ensure all designs adhere to relevant safety regulations, building codes, and established brand guidelines. Collaborative efforts with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors are integral to ensure seamless project execution. This includes the creation of detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations utilizing software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop. Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and assistance in budget planning for interior fit-out projects are also required. On-site inspections will be conducted to monitor project progress and verify adherence to approved design specifications. Continuous research and recommendations regarding emerging design trends, sustainable materials, and innovative solutions within the hospitality sector are expected.
