II. POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will:

Handle and facilitate the Interface Coordination between various Discipline for the smooth execution of Projects. The IGCC Facilities comprises of various Units, which includes multiple systems and Trains/Blocks. Interface Coordinator shall plan and manage SIMOPS in coordination with all the stakeholders (Operation, Maintenance, Engineering and Project Delivery) to allow Workfront for the Project Delivery Contractors to sequence the modification or project work to carry out the most efficient way, as possible. Interface Coordinator to ensure Interface Agreements are reached with all the concerned departments, at each phase of the Project and Technical Details are exchanged, Recorded.

V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following end results:

 

  1. Manage, monitor, and coordinate all external and internal interface agreements (IA) and ensure that a comprehensive, multi-discipline review of all Interface agreement requests, responses, to and from the various parties/stakeholders, meets requirements and schedule.
  2. Multiple Projects are planned to be executed in IGCC, Interface Coordinator to understand overall picture of the Plants Operation, coordinate with all the concerned parties and support Project Manager to sequence Project Execution in the most efficient and without much disturbing the plant’s performance and output.
  3. Interface Coordinator to coordinate with Project Control in developing the master schedule, mapping all the upcoming projects to each of the Plant/System and sequence the work/modifications to carry out efficiently and safely.
  4. Assist in providing the projects will all information related to the interface agreement needed by the requesting parties (JV-Joint Venture Company and External Contractors).
  5. Maintain the interface database and report on the status of the IA actions items, providing progress updates on IA process and communicate these to management as appropriate.
  6. Schedule, manage interface meetings with plant OME (Operation, Maintenance and Engineering) and Project Delivery, record the actions and follow up on all the action closeout.
  7. Work with Project Delivery and Engineering, while developing the SoW document and highlight interface aspects of the Project Execution and requirement of any Interface Tie-in data to be included in the Engineering Packages.
  8. Provide advice on construction interface considerations and potential problems ensuring efficient operations.
  9. Support Lesson Learned and resolve issues between different projects /assets and coordinate reporting trend analysis of project / incidents that have relevance to operations.
  10. Identify potential conflicts or dependencies between projects and work proactively to resolve them, at development as well as in execution or shutdown stages
  11. Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment keeping targeted completion of projects without substantial effects on the operation.
  12. Conduct regular meetings and status updates to keep project teams informed and identify any potential issues or risks
  13. Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement strategies for optimizing project interfaces and enhancing overall project performance.
  14. Document and maintain project interface guidelines, best practices, and lessons learned for future reference.
  15. Develop interface management procedures, forms, templates to ensure auditable documentation on the interface process
