Motor Claims Specialist
Carry out the required survey for damaged vehicles.
Provide quick response to insured s request to finalize the necessary survey action within 48 H / 2 working day.
Discuss repair quotations with concerned parties in a cost effective way with no bad effect on other repair elements.
Monitor the workshops performance and reporting findings to department supervisor / head, including but not limited to ensure that their work is carried out timely
with high degree of professional competence and integrity.
Regular revision to spare parts rates and updating the parts price list in addition to complete the missing data for type of vehicles and its spare parts prices.
Responsible to filling system in respect of outstanding, processing and settled claims including.
Prepare files for settlement after completion of claim supporting documents, check invoices etc. and assess, settle the claims within delegated authority.
Follow up the missing documents in proper way and reporting the updating progress to the department supervisor / head.
Responsible to report immediately any Fraud claims and ensure the enhancement of approved procedures to prevent and avoid such cases.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
