Job Description :
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
- Handle cash register and transactions with the clients in an successful and precise way as required.
- Performing up-selling, cross-selling, proposing options to meet customers’ demands.
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel.) of potential client information
- Follow up with the clients to ensure their satisfaction level in terms of delivery, quality and communications
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. sales reps will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
