Job Description :

Identify the customer needs, the size of their dealings and their procurement plan.Work on attracting new customers by offering company products.Responsible for ordering samples from warehouse and sending them to customers.Receive tenders and attend the tender’s sessions.Prepare offers for tenders.Follow-up on Tenders results.Receive purchase orders from Customers.Follow up on Customers Deliveries.Registering the company with a list of suppliers for all companies operating in the public and private sectors.Review and distribute periodic reports as requested.Ensure that all product information is known and delivered effectively to customers.Keep Customer Database updated.

Job Requirements :

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.3-5 years’ Experience in import & export and Customer Service role.Ability to work pro-actively, anticipating and resolving customer issues.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel and WordDegree holder in Business administration or related discipline preferred.
