Job Description:
? Lead the strategy development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for brands
? Work closely with the Marketing Director to create story arcs and marketing strategies while collaborating with the Social Media Team and Creative Department to ensure content outputs meets brand standards
? Confidently lead nano, micro, and macro influencer campaigns
? Manage, coach and mentor a team of Influencer Marketing Executives
? Execute front-line response and increase follower retention, conversion, engagement, and brand loyalty by proactively monitoring and engaging in online communities, which includes but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter
