Job Description:**The incumbent is responsible for the following:**

* Overseeing the In-Process Control (IPC) process, commencing with the analysis of raw materials, packing materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
* Participating in all quality-related activities, including the preparation, follow-up, application, development, and maintenance of the company’s quality management systems.
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of current local and international quality system requirements and evaluating their applicability within the company.
* Collaborating with plant personnel regarding quality systems to optimize and enhance process performance.
* Recommending corrective actions for instances of non-conformity.
* Monitoring the effectiveness of corrective measures implemented for non-conformities.
* Evaluating the impact of proposed technical modifications to ensure the continued quality of products.
* Conducting site visits to assess adherence to quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Conducting preliminary investigations of customer complaints and maintaining relevant records.
* Preparing product recall reports and participating in simulated recall exercises to assess their efficacy.
* Contributing to the preparation of quality management reports and management review reports.
* Participating in the review of all GMP training materials and delivering necessary training sessions.
