Job Description :
Communicate with, agents, Shipping Lines, by phone and emails.Negotiate rates with Shipping Lines and agents.Dealing and negotiating rates with Trucking companies and Customs Clearance agents.Ensures continuous improvement in customer service always exceeding customer’s expectations and managing the implementation of necessary operational and customer service practices.Ensure that financial aspects (billing and invoicing) and reporting for freight is carried out in accordance with company requirements.Follow up the workflow on the system.Maintain the confidentiality data contained in the documents of each shipment, and verify the accuracy of their information.Issue invoices to the client.Receive customer complaints and solve it.Ensure applying and maintaining accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.Perform periodical (monthly/weekly) reports to superior upon achievements and performance.Compliance with all administrative and technical rules applied by the company.
