Job Description :
Review all documents that are related to imported shipments containing (vendor invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, freight invoices, inspection invoices…etc.) and verify them in excel before recording them on the system.Review daily accounting transactions related to all expenses, payroll, transfers, and banking transactions on the system and follow up on bank statements.Responsible to send a weekly report with all shipments including analysis for foreign exchange rates calculation related to imported cost shipment.Review bank statements in all currencies plus revision for LC swift for the opened shipments.Prepare transfer letter forms for imported shipments.Check for sales invoices after issuance to ensure the margin %.Responsible for AP balance confirmation on monthly basis.Responsible to review the monthly imported shipments with RB side.Prepare the VAT report monthly as well as withholding taxes quarterly and send them to the tax department to prepare the required tax reports.Responsible for income statement issuance on monthly bases.
Job Requirements :
Education: Bachelor’s degree with accounting or finance major is a must.Experience: Minimum 2 years .Languages: Good command of English language.Preferred to have SAP background.Excellent Ms Excel skills is a must.
