Job Description
Ø Provide technical assistance to Sales team for preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Ø Coordinate with Vendors, OEM and Distributors to conclude the customer’s requirement and solution.
Ø Attend meetings with customers along with sales team to understand and elaborate technical solutions.
Ø Actively assist account managers in closing opportunities
Ø Internal coordination with Procurement, Logistics, and operations department to ensure project completion on time.
Ø Coordinate with team for site surveys and prepare proposals as per RFPs and Tenders.
Ø Maintains competency in established area(s) of expertise through vendor and industry trainings.
Ø Install and configure the proposed solutions as per target portfolio (Primary)
Ø To attend and resolve customer’s support calls related to ICT.
Active & Passive Networking, Wireless Solutions, Firewall, and related security products, ELV, Desktop/Laptop Support, IP Telephony,
Microsoft 365 solutions, and Servers
Skills
