Job Description
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, project documentation, and dashboards.
- Creates and executes multiple project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Effectively applies company’s methodology and enforces project standards.
- Minimizes company’s exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Skills
- Experienced bilingual Project Manager with 5 years of expertise in IT Project Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Networking, Physical Security, and LV implementations.
- Exceptional Communication skills, adept at relationship development and maintenance.
- Proven ability to communicate with clients at all levels through various mediums: verbal, presentations, email, and written documents.
- Strong personality, capable of driving projects to timely and budgetary completion.
- Excellent attention to detail, adept at multitasking to meet company’s business objectives.
- Outstanding organization skills and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Project Management methods, tools, and techniques.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to operate within a matrix reporting line structure, adapting to project requirements.
