- Deliver a great experience to new hires to get involved quickly on the Honeywell culture. Work to increase knowledge of HR Help tool to allow employees better proficiency. Promote iniciatives to improve or mantaine a great work enviorment.

- Challenge your creative talents and expose yourself to diverse cultures and developing new employee engagment strategies
- 50% Drive employee engagment to Honeywell initiatives an culture
- 30% onboarding to new hires
- 10% Designe, and deliver work enviorment activities
- 10% Manage employee pending data
Skills

- 1 Year of Human Resources experience
