. Keep track of employee performance.
. Manage and improve communication).
. Create a safe and inclusive work environment.
. Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
. Handles escalation of personnel issues.
. Follow up on activities per request of GM.
Requirements and skills:
. Proven work experience in human resources.
. Experience 1-3 years in this field.
. Excellent communication skills.
. Problem-solving skills.
. Excellent in using Microsoft excel – Word, Outlook and Google Drive.
. Good in writing formal emails ( English & Arabic ).
