Human Resources Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

. Pre-screen candidates.

. Administer skills tests.

. Interview applicants.

. Familiar with the laws of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

. Discuss benefits and compensation.

. Make an employment offer.

. Keep track of employee performance.

. Manage and improve communication).

. Create a safe and inclusive work environment.

. Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

. Handles escalation of personnel issues.

. Follow up on activities per request of GM.
