Job Description
- Modifying HR laws and regulations to enhance the work culture of the company.
- Develop and monitor annual departmental budget, goals and objectives and annual operational work plan for the department.
- Collecting relevant data of team members for managerial and financial operations.
- Contribute to the advancement of the company by managing efficient recruitment drives.
- Evaluate existing L&D sessions and implement modifications for improvement.
- Ensure key addressal of vital operational aspects to improve the company performance consistently.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
