JOB PURPOSE

To support the HRD to achieve the HR strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Activities & HPO Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities within Business Unit

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure to lead & drive the objectives & projects align with HPO, Saudization, Turnover strategic plan for the related Business unit.

  • Developing recruitment specifications and recommendations through the efficient sourcing of attracting high caliber candidates and following and co-ordination of the Company assessment tools.

  • Filling recruitment gaps in a timely manner and in line with BU priorities and business needs, in order to support business strategy to deliver business goals by selecting right talent in line with Core, Leadership & technical competencies and qualifications as well.

  • Planning and design of annual HR initiatives to support the BU strategic objectives.

  • Represent HR function with BU leadership team engaging in strategic projects to lead implementation, productivity management and business performance in general. 

  • Lead and support the Business Unit on Organizational Health / Engagement.

  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations to create strong employee engagement.

  • Facilitates a productive, safe work environment and an exciting & rewarding place to work.

  • Manage internal communications process following internal standards and procedures.   

  • Co-coordinating the implementation of performance management system PMS & initiatives as well as Development programs (Job descriptions, Competency framework, Individual Objectives & Succession planning.

  • Identification, coordination, and assistance with the execution of the BU and corporate training & development strategy (TGA/TNA) at all levels.

  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals

  • Ensuring sound industrial relations are built and maintained by facilitating the resolution of disputes, negotiating with the employees at workplace level, chairing employee’s meetings, ensuring substantive and procedural fairness in disciplinary matters, representing strategically the Company at the different Govt. forums and ensuring adherence to agreements and procedures, and liaising with the Company Attorneys as deemed appropriate.

  • Ensure to control leave management plan & accruals on quarterly basis.  

  • Lead the review of monthly BU HR Agenda/Report with checking the transactions of payroll services on monthly basis with ensuring all actions taken place on monthly basis payroll release.

  • Authorize in the system for approving non-payroll services as final level and for payroll services as a second level after the line manager approval with compliance with DOA & HR SLA.  

  • Facilitate the communication at all levels thus furthering the strategy of “owning the hearts and minds”.

  • Project management of HR programs/System enhancement team player, and key initiatives and other exercises occurring on an ad-hoc basis.
