Job Description
Manage and support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and will be reporting directly to the Executive Director.
Manage the entire talent acquisition process, collaborating with the line managers to create job descriptions, managing official hiring platforms, conducting interviews, hiring and onboarding
Conduct induction / orientation program for all newly joined employees
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, term leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
Develop, Interpret, and explain human resources policies, procedures throughout the organization
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues and respond in a timely manner
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects
Skills
BS in Human Resources or relevant fields
2-3 years experience in similar role
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, or relevant role
Experience with HR softwires
Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills
