Job Description:To ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, environmental laws, and to prevent environmental violations, the following responsibilities are undertaken:

1. Characterizing work processes (chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial, technological) to determine their attributes, sources, risk exposures, effects on worker capabilities, and economic significance.
2. Providing comprehensive training to personnel across all departments regarding multiple assessment techniques and the diverse impacts of workplace factors.
3. Conducting regular workplace inspections to identify specialized areas and verify adherence to occupational safety and health standards.
4. Employing diverse measurement instruments to assess microscopic objects and hazards, their levels, characteristics, and their effects on worker health and workplace safety, and establishing hazard and pollutant control and monitoring systems.
5. Analyzing and evaluating potential industrial risks, disasters, and accidents, developing emergency and crisis response plans, and providing worker training.
6. Analyzing data on work accidents, injuries, occupational diseases, and critical incidents to formulate recommendations for accident and injury prevention.
7. Contributing to the development of technical specifications for environmental measurement equipment, personal protective equipment, and tasks, ensuring their effectiveness and suitability for specific work activities (e.g., various types of masks, gloves, footwear).
8. Providing recommendations on employee awareness and education policies through seminars, workshops, posters, and bulletins.
9. Collaborating with management in the planning of training programs for technicians and Occupational Safety and Health Committee members.
10. Maintaining a comprehensive file for the management of safety, health, and occupational insurance services and policies.
11. Reviewing work permits prior to commencement, identifying potential risks to the facility and workers, and implementing necessary precautions before execution.
12. Performing internal audits of all factory departments and the scientific office to ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and submitting reports to the Director of the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Department (Internal Audits, CAPA).
13. Monitoring regular maintenance procedures for firefighting equipment, based on reports and recommendations from civil defense and fire officials.
14. Maintaining comprehensive environmental files (environmental register, hazardous materials register, hazardous and non-hazardous waste register).
15. Preparing environmental impact assessment studies and securing required environmental approvals.
