Job Description:**Job Summary:**

Provide expert counsel and direction to the organization to ensure the maintenance of a secure and healthful work environment for all personnel, adhering to all applicable legal regulations and guaranteeing that the company’s products do not pose any hazard to human health or the environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and submit an annual plan encompassing inspection protocols, audits, field exercises, and training programs to the Head of Health & Safety for approval.
* Assist employees in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of environmental risks and impacts.
* Forecast and manage the annual budget allocations for both capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) expenditures.
* Conduct thorough analyses of all incidents and injuries to determine root causes and implement appropriate remedial control measures.
* Maintain and oversee all equipment and procedures associated with the emergency response plan, ensuring their operational effectiveness.
* Propose and implement preventive strategies related to environmental sustainability, including recycling initiatives, waste management protocols, and pollution control measures; Develop processes, methods, and programs for risk monitoring.
* Recommend and implement corrective actions to address identified areas for improvement.
* Monitor the execution of safety protocols in accordance with established plans and objectives.
* Maintain and oversee all equipment and procedures associated with the emergency response plan, ensuring their operational effectiveness.
* Propose and implement preventive strategies related to environmental sustainability, including recycling initiatives, waste management protocols, and pollution control measures.
* Operate in compliance with ISO 45001/14001 standards and best practices.
* Evaluate all reported unsafe behaviors and conditions, and the associated corrective actions taken.
* Prepare daily reports and address all critical issues during Daily Operations Meetings (DOM).
* Forecast and monitor the consumption of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintenance of emergency response equipment.
* Ensure the quality and suitability of spare parts provided by suppliers.
