Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team in Baabda, Lebanon. As an HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company attracts and retains top talent, while also fostering a positive and productive work environment.


  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  2. Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
  3. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  4. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees
  6. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  7. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and employment regulations
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs
  10. Collaborate with management to identify and address HR issues and opportunities

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in HR or a related field
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  3. Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and regulations
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  7. Detail-oriented and highly organized
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  10. Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
