- Our Hero will be resposible of 3 Main HR Functions:
1- Recruitmetn & Tallent Acquision.
3- Payroll & Attendance.
- Full Resposibility of Recruitment cycle from writing the proper job description to onboarding process.
- Conduct HR Interviews and deliver reports regarding shortlisted candidates.
- Manage employees Documents.
- process the monthly attendance & payroll.
- Managing the relation with social insurance & Labor offices.
- Responsible for creating, adding and updating everything related to the employees on the system.
- Perform Administrative Duties.
- Reporting to HR Executive Manager.
- 2-3 years of experience in different Human Resources Functions Specially Tallent Acquisition.
- Proven Experience as IT Recruiter.
- Previous Experience in software company.
- HR certificate or diploma is a huge plus.
- Excellent Knowledge in the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Excellent command of English spoken and written.
- Excellent user of Ms. office ” especially excel” and outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Resourceful, problem-solving atitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Giza residents are preferred.
- Females are prefered.
