Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leading the accounting team to make sure they maintain accurate accounting records for each period.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Evaluate the company’s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made to improve employee satisfaction
- Track and manage all engagement tools metrics
- Continue to review, update, and improve company policies and ensure policy compliance and awareness

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in UAE
