Job Description :

Administer compensation and benefit plans.Handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes.Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.Undertake tasks around performance management.Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.Ensure compliance with labor regulations.Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesOrganize quarterly and annual employee performance reviewsEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities 

Job Requirements :

Education Background: BSC Degree – HR Diploma Certified.Previous Experience: 2 to 4 years in HR.Excellent communication and technical skillsGood interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.Excellent command of English – Presentable Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance LawHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
