Job Description

  • Responsible for the End-to-End Recruitment hiring process.
  • Consult with Department Managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
  • Write and post vacancy positions with job descriptions in all portals, career websites and social media.
  • Source candidates by using portals (Bayt.com; Naukrigulf, Indeed, and LinkedIn).
  • Evaluate and screen resumes.
  • Conduct telephone interview for the shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients.
  • Help Recruitment Lead for recruiting methods and interview questions.
  • Responsible to do reference check for the selected candidates (* Managerial positions)
  • Responsible to contact new employees’ and prepare onboarding sessions.
  • Conducting orientation for newly hired employee’s
  • Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
  • Entering all new employees’ details in ERP system



  • Overseas Recruitment:
  • Analyzing the actual requirement based on sales forecast or client.
  • Verifying the existing demand letters, nationality breakdown, expected arrivals and prepare the new demand letter which is pending (If Any).
  • Responsible to collect and verify all the required documents from Overseas Recruitment agencies.
  • Responsible for preparing Demand Letters.
  • Follow up with the Overseas Recruitment agencies for Recruitment Campaign Schedule.
  • Responsible for preparing offer letters for blue and white collar position.
  • Collect and verify selected candidates required documents from the agency.
  • Preparing a transmittal of all selected candidates and submit to PR for visa processing.
  • Coordinating with Operations Team for arranging pass, accommodation, transportation etc. for new arrivals.
  • Coordinate with the agency for any refusal workers in order to retain the workers.
  • Responsible to maintain the Master Recruitment Report.
  • Responsible to update Expected Arrival Report (monthly and yearly basis).
