We are Hiring “HR Officer – Employee Relations” with the below roles and responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administering onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Developing & implementing policies, programs and procedures related to Employee Relations
- Developing and administering progressive discipline policy and procedures
- Reviewing employee disciplinary actions
- Administering and tracking leaves (vacations, maternity, unpaid leaves, etc.)
- Developing and interpreting personnel policies consistent with HR Manager directions
- Ensuring employee handbook reflects current policy
- Recording performance and disciplinary issues working with managers and supervisors
- Conducting investigations as directed by the HR Manager
- Reviewing involuntary terminations consistent with gaming policies and procedures
- Conducting exit interviews for terminated employees
- Preparing written material for documentation and conveying information
- Consulting and advising management to ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements
- Composing emails informing new hires and existing employees of policy changes
- Welcoming new hires upon their arrival and giving them an office tour (orientation)
- Processing onboarding paperwork
- Coordinating with IT Department to set up new employees’ business computers
- Providing manuals, guidelines, passwords, etc. for the new employees as needed
- Acting as initial point of contact between HR and other functions
- Ensuring new employees have the necessary tools & systems by their first day
