Job Description :

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsBe actively involved in recruitment of the designated branches’ staff by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring processUpdate employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment statusImplement effective onboarding plansCoordinate the delivery of training and development programsCoordinate annual performance review cycle, ensuring maximum participation rates are achievedCalculate preparatory payroll transactions and salary affects for designated branchesAdminister disciplinary actions and address employee grievanceMaintain employee records according to policy and legal requirementsReview employment and working conditions to ensure legal complianceAdminister health and life insurance programsProcess employees’ queries and respond in a timely mannerStay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Job Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of “generalist” experience in human resourcesFamiliarity with full cycle recruitingHands-on experience in performing payroll and personnel dutiesHands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Understanding of labor legislation and payroll processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsCandidate must be a permanent resident of Sohag GovernorateBSc/MSc in any discipline
