Job Description

  • Maintain and update employees file and HR database in HCM.
  • Being first contact for employees regarding attendance and various HR queries
  • Monitoring attendance
  • Entering sick notes, vacation, and absences
  • Administrative follow up to office and employee needs, assist employees and help with their queries.
  • Coordinate hiring activities
  • Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite
  • Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates
  • Process background checks
  • Maintain and update candidate database
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
