Job Description :

 Develop, revise and recommend Egypt HR policies and procedures, laws, standards, regulations, working conditions, wages, and employee benefits.Implement and revise company’s compensation and benefits program to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Experience in payroll management.Develop, analyze and update the company’s performance appraisal program.Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Manage, develop of HR Department goals, objectives and system.Creating a positive working environment.Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.Creating and preparing the legal documents concerning Human Resource Management.Organize, direct, responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and disciplinary procedures.Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or job description, or performance evaluation forms.Administer and supervise work visa processing, visa renewal and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination with the high-level employees.

Job Requirements :

 Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. HR diploma or certificate is a plus. 3-5 years of experience, must have proven experience in the Real estate field. Excellent Communication Skills. Fluent English is a must. Proficient in MS Office.
