Job Description :
Our HR Manager will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from payroll to personnel and insurance duties and other functions. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and a deep and practical knowledge about payroll & personnel.Key Accountabilities:Dealing successfully with all types of employee relations and payroll.Updating policies, employment contracts according to the updated local law.Lead and manage all HR functions within the company (i.e. payroll, termination, resignation, benefits and insurance, etc.)Develop and review job descriptions, offer letters, employment contracts and all HR related documents.Maintain employee information and records in a professional manner all while maintaining confidentialityProvide support to line managers in all aspects related to HREnsure that HR practices are in line with the company’s organizational culture and strategic directionDevelop methods and activities for employee motivation and learning and developmentImplement and enforce disciplinary actionsEstablish a grading system and a salary scaleDevelop and update yearly salary bench-markingManage recruitment, selection and talent management processesOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Ensure labor law compliance throughout human resource management.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications & Education: B.sc/BA degree in human resources management or any equivalent discipline.Minimum of 6 years of solid experience in payroll & personne.Must have experience handling more than 200 employees.A deep experience and knowledgeable on local labor laws.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.As high-level computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsEnglish Business Fluency.
