Job Description
To establish and lead an HR Department in a med-sized company and handle all the aspects of HR, including but not limited to:
• Mission, objectives and plans of the department
• Comprehensive policies and procedures
• Employee handbook
• Workforce/succession Plan
• Recruitment and Selection
• Development and Training
• Review salaries, benefits, incentives structure
• Review positional structure
• Performance Management
• Reward Management
• Comprehensive job descriptions.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and/or professional certificate is a plus
• At least ten year human resources experience
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
• The ability to work on own initiative
• Strong Leadership, managerial and administrative skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work with personnel from all levels
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations and/or policies and procedures
