We are seeking for an experienced and dedicated Group HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our Cafe, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for various positions within the Group.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and bring training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including topics such as customer service, food safety, and leadership development.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and training records.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and finest practices in HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR policies and practices within the Group.

Requirements:

  • u00a0u00a0u00a0Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • u00a0u00a0u00a0Minimum of [5] years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the F&B industry.

Skills

  • u00a0u00a0u00a0Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • u00a0u00a0u00a0Excellent communication and relational skills, with the ability to body strong relationships with employees and managers.
