HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team in Baabda, Lebanon. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within our organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of Lebanese labor laws and regulations.


  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  3. Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
  4. Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Lebanese labor laws
  5. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans
  6. Manage the HR budget and forecast HR needs
  7. Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  2. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  3. In-depth knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and regulations
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills
  8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic
