Job Description :

Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirementsRecruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts; deciding on how best to advertiseShortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques including Interviewing shortlisted candidatesManaging all relevant HR operational service delivery from Induction to separation. Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administering payroll and maintaining staff recordsDevelop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues, disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management, and equal opportunitiesListening to grievances and implementing disciplinary proceduresAnalyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training & development initiatives, including staff inductions. 

Job Requirements :

BS/MS degree in a related field7+ Years of experience in a similar industry3+ Years of experience in a similar roleBilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
