Job Description :
Main Job Duties:Direct and oversee the full scope of the Human Resources departmentManage a whole range of employee relation issues as and when they ariseManage all sensitive employee relation issues as required and liaise with the Designated HRPartner regarding these helping to conduct investigations as necessaryHave a thorough understanding of HR law, in particular, relating to contracts, terms and conditions, discrimination, fair dismissal, grievancesResponsible for employment agreements.Ensure that the appraisal process is completed across all departments and review and report to the Management Board on issues, lessons, and changes arising from each annual round of appraisals.Provide Consultation to the Managers regarding Performance Management, Career Development, and overall Staffing Strategy Implementation.Manage the recruitment process for key business positions and employees so as to ensure the recruitment of high-caliber individuals.Plan and develop the suite of training and development programmers which are appropriate for each type and level of employee and Partner for inclusion within the relevant appraisals process.Communicates with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant informationManaged departmental budget; forecast changes and monitor all monthly expenses.Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobsDevelop and maintain good working relationships with external agencies & service providers in order to support the smooth provision of HR services across the organization and promote the image of the company externally.Manage all employment procedures for new employees including enrollment in Social Insurance and Medical Insurance.Advises line managers on complex HR issues and concerns, HR applications, processes, and programs.Plan and set the training budget to ensure meeting the training needs of the organization.Review job descriptions to ensure jobs are correctly evaluated and updatedCoordinate advertisements and position postings for current vacanciesContribute to the planning and implementation of capacity-building-based staff.
Job Requirements :
15+ years of experience in all facets of modern HR management with a particular focus on talent review, succession planning, mentoring, executive coaching, and leadership developmentA Ph.D./Master’s degree in Human Resources & professional certifications in HR is preferred (i.e. PHR, SPHR, GPHR, CIPD)CIPD certificate is preferred.Constructions background is a MUST.Strong analytical and problems solving skillsStrong organization skills with proven project management capabilitiesTracking Budget Expenses, Staffing, Quality Management.
