Job Description:Establish and manage the multi-year strategic framework for the Human Resources and Administrative Infrastructure sector, aligning it with established corporate performance indicators. Develop and implement human resources policies, ensuring adherence to all applicable legislation and governance frameworks. Spearhead talent management programs with a focus on sustainability, ensuring robust succession planning across all organizational echelons. Approve organizational frameworks and job structures, assessing their correlation with operating models and return-on-investment metrics. Lead digital transformation initiatives within HR and administration, establishing an infrastructure founded upon ERP and Cloud HR systems. Cultivate HR analytics methodologies and leverage derived insights to support strategic decision-making processes. Formulate and execute the sector’s budgetary strategy based on a Performance-Based Budgeting model. Oversee mechanisms for ensuring job equity and compliance, and establish a proactive risk management model for mitigating workforce-related risks. Represent the organization in relevant societal and professional forums concerning human capital practices and organizational development. Produce periodic analytical studies evaluating the institutional impact of HR activities, providing evidence-based recommendations informed by benchmarking and best practices. Supervise the management of administrative affairs, including the development of policies for optimal asset and facility utilization, and the enhancement of support service efficiency (e.g., security, transportation, cleaning), linking these improvements to operational performance indicators and overall corporate expenditure. Direct and evaluate corporate IT management performance through the adoption of digital transformation plans, activation of intelligent systems for data integration and automation, and the assurance of information security and infrastructure resilience. Integrate administrative affairs and IT services into a cohesive operating model that promotes operational sustainability, minimizes institutional risks, and enhances employee experience.

Skills:

 

Experience: Minimum 15 years in HR, including 5 years in senior leadership roles.

Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration; MBA or professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.

Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the real estate sector with a broad professional network.

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, HR systems, digital transformation, and ERP solutions.

Global Trends: Up-to-date knowledge of international HR practices and innovations.
