Job Description
1. Be familiar with Saudi Labor law and regulations, and have good knowledge of HR working skills;
2. Have good relationship with governments related to HR work, also have wide sources of manpower, manager to recruit, select and train employees;
3. Help to improve and maintain company training systems.
4. Ensure compliance of company directives, regulatory concerns, health and safety protocols;
5. Handle disputes and resolve all employee relations issues.
Skills
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related subject;
2. Have 6-year experience in Human Resource, with strong working knowledge of Saudi Labour laws;
3. Be good at English, also have outstanding time management skills.
