Job Description:**Job Description**
Wood seeks a qualified HR Coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This position is based in Al Khobar. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in the administration of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
**Responsibilities**
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
* Coordinating the mobilisation process for new and existing employees, ensuring adherence to Saudi labour laws and company policies.
* Providing comprehensive support, guidance, and advice across the full People & Organisation (P&O) spectrum, including onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth transitions and resolve mobilisation-related issues.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and company standards.
* Supporting HR initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.

**Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role in Saudi Arabia.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
