Job Description

  • Maintain staff files and related recruitment tracking tools and statistics. Support & monitor variety of human resources activities i.e. appointments, staff movements, resignations, retirement, re-assignment, transfer and other mobility of staff to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  •  responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Strong knowledge of UAE MOHRE rules and regulations regarding employment and work environment.
