Job Description

The HR Associate is a generalist responsible for the implementation of all strategic HR initiatives that provide support to the concerned business unit in achieving its Business Plan objectives.

  • Analyzing and assessing the training and development needs for individuals
  • Maintain the HR System and generate queries when needed.
  • Follow-up on training courses as per HRP and training budget.
  • Assist Department Heads in preparing induction programs for new comers
