Job Summary:

 

The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes across all business departments. This role supports the onboarding and off boarding of employees as well as staff engagement and development projects. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, employee file maintenance, training organisation including sales capability development, leadership and supports the training function within AX Academy. This role is also responsible for LMS and HRMS entry.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee questions, and requests, including salary certificates, visas for business travel etc.
  • Facilitates employment visas for new and renewing employees.
  • Facilitates industry required licenses for employees (i.e. RERA)
  • Maintains employee attendance records
  • Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Manages employment contracts in line with UAE Labour Law
  • Supports the recruitment team with employee onboarding and off-boarding including conducting exit interviews at the appropriate level.
  • Supports training team to build and maintain an LMS as a platform for the digital AX Academy
  • Supports in setting up and running annual employee engagement survey, reviews outcomes and supports implementation of people focused projects identified through the employee feedback.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
