We’re looking to hire an HR and Admin Specialist to handle a combination of HR, admin and legal tasks as follows:

HR tasks:

  • Employee Lifecycle Administration (recruitment, on-boarding, employment contracts, visa issuance, medical insurance, payroll, off-boarding, dispute resolution)
  • Arrangement of team building activities and social gatherings
  • Support execution and planning of global events
  • Being the designated “culture champion” for UAE

Legal and admin tasks:

  • Set up new entities (SPVs)
  • Draft board resolutions, articles of associations, MOUs and NDAs
  • Monitor the operating entities’ compliance calendar and meet the documents submission deadlines
  • Process documents such as trade license, lease renewals, attestation of documents and the likes in government and/or free zones offices
  • Coordinate with our corporate partners’ teams for the company’s documents circulation and submission
  • Liaise with internal and external legal advisors on matters that may require their consultation
  • Support the COO in meetings and trips arrangements and other administrative needs
