Housekeeping Supervisor

On behalf of a private palace in Riyadh, we are seeking a competent and dependable housekeeping Supervisor.

You will take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to a high standard and can maintain an organized environment. Often managing multiple requests at once, you’ll be comfortable multitasking, able to work on your own initiative, supervised, and, where necessary, working with other teams to ensure.

• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
• Ensures key control procedures are maintained.
• Establish daily planning assignments for the day room assignments, turn-down attendants, evening cleaners, and housemen.
• Checks equipment and pantries at the end of the shift and ensures cleanliness and correct storage of guest supplies and cleaning supplies.
• Pantry Stock taken to be done and supplies requisition given on the prescribed day to maintain the par stock level. Attends Front Office afternoon operational meeting.
• Assists with inventories for linen if scheduled and requested by the Executive Housekeeper or the Housekeeping Managers.
• Reports and follows up all maintenance.
• Physically checks all discrepancies as per discrepancy report.
