Job Description :
Managing Housekeeping day-to-day operations.Supervise an effective program for all guestrooms and public areas.Manage the HK departmental controllable expenses to achieve budgeted goals.Participate in human resources activities; payroll, hiring, and drawing up hierarchies.Creates schedules of regular care of landscapes and horticulture.Oversee both the landscape project plan and the workers who implement it.Manage Laundry day-to-day operations.Regularly inspect the progress of the work to make sure that quality is maintained and may shift the personnel according to changing priority work situations.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree.3 years experience in a management position.10 years experience in the housekeeping field Hotels.Excellent English Skills
