- Responsible for the standard cleaning of guest Room floors, Toilets, Kitchen and Living Room.
- Carrying out assignments as per supervisor instructions.
- Undertake, as part of a team, the cleaning of any Apartments
- To ensure the cleanliness of the Guest Rooms.
- Ensure cleaning activities are carried out as per schedule as request by the guest.
- Carry out cleaning activities as per work instructions
- Comply with the safety policies For Al AsmakhFacilities Management
- Properly use and store materials as per manufacturers’ specifications.
- Report any problems or incidents immediately to the Team leader or Supervisor.
- Ensure proper usage and upkeep of cleaning equipment
- Abiding rules and regulations as per the standard of the company.
- Working towards team dynamics and inter department coordination.
- Maintaining the cleaning standard up to customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with guest in fulfilling their expectations and needs.
- Making follow-up the customer’s complaints and giving feedback to supervisor or team leader
