Job Summary:
The Operation Manager will ensure effective management of operations as one of the main factors toward organizations’ success. He / She will use the different resources to have a smooth operation management of all administrative functions in the facility, carrying out the assigned objectives, plans and directing activities of assigned departments/areas of responsibility.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least five (5) years experience in Health Care Sector
- Have a demonstrable working knowledge of management techniques as deemed appropriate by the Regional Director and COO for patients’ services.
- Have demonstrable skills and leadership abilities to provide objective direction and guidance for assigned staff and areas.
