Operations and Sales Responsibilities
1.To implement and oversee all the policies and procedures of club operations and to guide the staff and customers accordingly to ensure that all the company procedure are being followed effectively.
2.To handle and solve all members & customer complaints, concerns, suggestions and issues. Thus, ensuring the client satisfaction and effectively meeting member retention goals.
3.Daily Sales Achievement Review: Monitoring staff individual Targets & division’s sales performance and commitment of daily and monthly target achievements with subordinates.
4.Conduct Sales Meetings: with the Sales Staff on a regular basis.
5.Monitor Membership & O2O system: by Reviewing reports for Prospects, Referral system, tours and Walk-Ins, Retention Programs & Calls, Tours & appointments System, Lead Generation & referrals, Contacting Active & Non-Active Members etc.
6.Sales Activities & Programs: Actively work towards promoting sales using various sales tools like Marketing campaigns, exhibitions, corporate deals, personal contacts, etc.
Education and Desired Qualification
1.Bachelor’s degree in Sales / Business Administration.
2.Minimum 3 yrs. of experience in Service industry.
3.Must be Bilingual with Arabic & English proficiency.
4.Proven track record of achieving Sales target & maintaining Sales volume.
5.Ability to multi-tasking & strong negotiation skills.
6.Leadership & Team Supervising skills.
