Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Design a comprehensive statistical framework for the Cultural and Creative Industries sector
- Monitor data and performance indicators of the Cultural and Creative Industries sector and maintain the Ministry’s databases
- Supervise the implementation of the sector’s statistical framework and provide support for the at the federal and local level throughout the emirates
- Identify challenges, gaps and opportunities related to the Cultural and Creative Industries sector’s advancement
- Propose and recommend key initiatives to elevate the performance of the Cultural and Creative Industries
Skills
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent in a related field, Master’s Degree is desirable
- Knowledge in the areas of Culture, Creative Industries and Creative Economy
- Minimum 4 years work experience in the field
- Experience in the following fields relevant to Cultural and Creative Industries:
- Creative Economy
- Research
- Policy Development
- Strategy Development
- Partnership Development
- Analytical Skills
- UAE experience is preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- UAE Nationals Only
