With your proven ability to understand the big picture, digital transformation, company goals, and how they fit into regional targets to make an impact, you will drive the strategy and execution of marketing plans- through the teams on the ground and our digital partners- for Cambridge in the EMEA region.

About the role

There has never been a better time to join us, you will transform the analogue pre covid marketing way of working into getting to the customer first, cutting-edge, post covid digital way of working.

You will be fully responsible for the budget, the regional marketing plans, and growing market share through customer retention and acquisition in the region.

The position holder will collaborate closely with regional sales leadership teams to reach revenue and contribution targets for the region. With your strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence collaboratively in a complex matrix organisation, your team will be responsible for securing the necessary government and institutional recognition of our Exams and delivering pedagogical and assessment training in the region.

You will be the region’s voice for the global sector Marketing and Propositions teams to support customer centricity in the decision-making process and to ensure that the customers and markets in the area are represented and understood and have outstanding experiences.

A bit about you

You will demonstrate your versatility with digital transformation marketing, including leading geographically diverse marketing teams in a cross-culture environment.

You will bring to this role an excellent attitude, a passion for education and the ability to empower and encourage those around you. With strong people management skills, you will coach, inspire, and motivate teams to take an innovative approach to meet business and organisational needs.

Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment, you will have the maturity and resiliency to stabilise challenging situations.
