Job Description:**Option 1 (Formal):**

Assume executive responsibility for the comprehensive management of landscape architecture and urban design projects, encompassing all phases from conceptualization to completion. Formulate and execute pioneering design strategies that are congruent with client objectives and project stipulations. Facilitate the coordination of multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the cohesive integration of landscape and urban design components. Critically evaluate and endorse design documentation, drawings, and specifications, verifying precision and adherence to prevailing industry benchmarks. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to articulate design concepts and procure requisite authorizations. Provide mentorship and direction to junior architects, designers, and engineers, cultivating a cooperative and inventive professional milieu. Oversee project fiscal planning, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure the successful accomplishment of projects within established parameters. Maintain current awareness of evolving trends, technological advancements, and sustainability protocols within the domains of landscape and urban design. Undertake site assessments and inspections to monitor progression and validate the faithful realization of design intentions during the construction phase. Compose and present comprehensive presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and internal executive leadership.
